- Our vehicle has a rear bench seat that must be folded down to carry suitcases. This limits seating to 5 passengers when travelling with checked luggage.
- Strollers, wheelchairs, car seats, skis, snowboards and other oversized items may reduce available luggage space.
- With 6-8 passengers the rear bench cannot be folded, so only carry-on bags can be carried. For groups travelling with large suitcases, a larger vehicle or two vehicles will be required. Please contact us for a quote.
- Children and infants are counted as one passenger each. Strollers and car seats are counted as luggage.
- For 5 passengers, one guest will be seated in the front passenger seat.
- Vehicle assignment is prepared based on passenger count, luggage and operating conditions.

- Admission fees, meals, beverages and personal expenses are not included.
- Children and infants are included in the total passenger count. Strollers and car seats are counted as luggage.
- Please contact us before booking if you are travelling with strollers, wheelchairs, car seats, skis, snowboards or other oversized items.
- Please check your passenger and luggage combination carefully before booking. If actual luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity on the day of service, an additional vehicle may be required at extra cost, or some items may not be accommodated.
- Maximum 5 passengers when travelling with large suitcases. Groups of 6-8 with carry-on bags only can travel in one vehicle. For larger groups with checked luggage, a larger vehicle or two vehicles will be required.

Our primary fleet features the 2026 Hyundai Staria Lounge Hybrid 9-Seater Prestige. Vehicle assignment may vary depending on availability, passenger count, luggage and operating conditions, and an equivalent premium vehicle may be assigned when necessary.
How many passengers can travel in one vehicle?
Up to 5 passengers when travelling with large suitcases. Our 9-seater van seats a driver plus 8 passengers, but the rear bench must be folded down to carry suitcases, which limits seating to 5. Groups of 6-8 with carry-on bags only can still travel in one vehicle.
How much luggage can I bring?
Luggage capacity depends on your passenger count and luggage size. Groups travelling with large suitcases should review the passenger and luggage guide above before booking.
When does the 8-hour service time start and end?
The service starts at the confirmed pickup time and includes travel until the vehicle arrives at your agreed final drop-off location. The final arrival should be completed within the included 8-hour service time.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The fare is for one private vehicle, not per person, as long as your group and luggage fit within the vehicle capacity.
Can I request a child car seat?
A child car seat may be available on request for an additional charge of KRW 000. Please request it in advance so availability can be confirmed before your service.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 000 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made after this period and no-shows may be non-refundable. Please check the confirmed cancellation terms before booking.
