Article 1 Purpose

These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the conditions and procedures for using the travel product reservation, payment, consultation, and related services provided by JK Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) through its brand NoljaKorea, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

Article 2 Definitions

• “Site” refers to the website and related online services operated by the Company.

• “User” refers to any member or non-member who accesses the Site and receives services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

• “Travel Products” refer to tours, activities, admission tickets, transportation, and other related services sold, arranged, or introduced by the Company.

Article 3 Posting and Amendment of the Terms

• The Company shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the Site.

• The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such amendments do not violate applicable laws and regulations, and when amended, the Company shall provide prior notice on the Site of the effective date and the reasons for the amendment.

• If a user continues to use the services after the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, the user shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms and Conditions.

Article 4 Details of Services

The Company provides the following services:

1. Provision of travel product information

2. Reservation and payment services

3. Reservation confirmation, changes, cancellations, and refund guidance

4. Customer support and complaint handling

5. Other supplementary services determined by the Company

Article 5 Formation of Reservations

• A reservation is formed when the user selects a product on the Site, enters the required information, and completes payment or a reservation request.

• A reservation may not be confirmed depending on the availability of inventory, operational availability, minimum number of participants, weather conditions, or local circumstances of the Company or local operator.

• The Company may separately notify the user of the reservation confirmation status and related details.

Article 6 Payment

• Users may make payments using the payment methods provided on the Site.

• The actual billed amount or approval process may vary depending on overseas card payments, exchange rates, card issuer fees, and overseas approval policies.

• Even after payment has been completed, the Company may cancel the reservation or request additional verification if there are reasons such as lack of inventory, inability to operate, errors in entered information, or suspected fraudulent use.

Article 7 Obligations of Users

• Users must enter accurate names, contact details, email addresses, participant information, and other required details when making a reservation.

• Users must personally check the product-specific information, including passport details, nationality, age, boarding/admission conditions, baggage conditions, and meeting time.

• Users must comply with local laws, safety rules, and operator guidelines, and may be held responsible for problems caused by violations thereof.

Article 8 Obligations of the Company

• The Company shall endeavor to provide the services continuously and stably in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

• If a complaint or request for damage relief is received from a user, the Company shall endeavor to handle it promptly.

• The Company shall comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to the protection of personal information.

Article 9 Reservation Changes, Cancellation, and Refunds

• Changes, cancellations, and refunds of reservations shall be governed by the product detail page, separate notices, and the Refund Policy on the Site.

• Depending on the local operator’s policy, ticket issuance status, proximity to departure time, or whether the reservation is customized, conditions different from the general policy may apply. In such cases, the product details or individual notice shall prevail.

Article 10 Service Restrictions and Disclaimer

• The Company may change or suspend the services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, strikes, infectious disease outbreaks, government measures, traffic restrictions, severe weather, facility closures, or circumstances of local operators.

• The Company shall not be responsible for damages caused by reasons attributable to the user, including lateness, no-shows, incorrect information, failure to meet passport, visa, or admission requirements, or loss of contact.

• The Company shall not bear direct responsibility for the detailed operation of services provided by local partners or third parties, unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 11 Intellectual Property Rights

The texts, images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and other materials on the Site are owned by the Company or their respective rightful owners, and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or displayed without prior written consent.

Article 12 Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• The Company and the user shall endeavor to resolve any disputes through mutual consultation.

• If such consultation does not resolve the dispute, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern, and the competent court shall be determined in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
