We originally planned to focus only on Seoul and Busan, but adding Gyeongju turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The ancient temples, royal history and beautiful evening scenery gave us a deeper appreciation of Korea. The private itinerary also meant we could explore comfortably without worrying about changing buses or trains.
This tour offered a chance to enjoy Korea’s traditional streetscapes and history, centered around Jeonju Hanok Village. Unlike the urban sightseeing found in Seoul, the appeal here lies in the ability to take a leisurely stroll while exploring hanok and historic alleyways. We also enjoyed local Korean food at the market. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in Korean cuisine, as well as history and culture. Traveling by private vehicle made getting around very convenient.
We absolutely loved our day in Jeonju! Walking through the Hanok Village felt like stepping into another time, with beautiful traditional houses, charming streets and plenty of local food to try. The combination of culture, history and food made this one of our favorite day trips. Having private transportation also made the journey from Seoul much easier and more comfortable.
Stepping into the Baekje Historic Areas felt like traveling back over 1,500 years into one of Korea’s most remarkable kingdoms. From the majestic Gongsanseong Fortress to the peaceful royal tombs, ancient temples, and archaeological sites in Gongju, Buyeo, and Iksan, every destination tells a story of innovation, artistry, and cultural exchange that shaped East Asia.

Our friendly driver was also very helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. Thank you, NoljaKorea, for making our heritage day trip such a memorable experience!
From the ancient treasures of Buyeo National Museum to the historic beauty of Jeongnimsa Temple Site, every stop brought the fascinating story of the Baekje Kingdom to life. Exploring the impressive collections at Iksan National Museum and ending the day wandering through the charming streets of Jeonju Hanok Village made this trip a perfect blend of history, culture, and unforgettable memories. Every destination had its own unique charm, making this one of the most enriching experiences we’ve had. Thank you for making this incredible journey so smooth and memorable!
Stepping into this exhibit felt like traveling back over a thousand years into the magnificent world of the Baekje Kingdom. The intricately crafted golden artifact, displayed in a beautifully lit glass chamber, immediately captures your attention with its delicate details and remarkable artistry. Every curve and ornament reflects the incredible craftsmanship and cultural sophistication that made Baekje one of Korea’s greatest ancient kingdoms.
What makes this experience even more memorable is the quiet atmosphere inside the museum. Watching visitors admire the masterpiece from every angle creates a sense of shared appreciation for Korea’s rich history. It’s a reminder that these treasures are more than beautiful objects—they are symbols of a civilization that continues to inspire generations.
