  • Departure times are flexible; total tour duration is based on 12 hours.

  • Aegibong Peace Ecological Park operates from 09:30 to 17:30, with entry allowed every hour starting from 09:30.
  • Viewing time inside Aegibong Peace Ecological Park is free, but since the area is part of the Civilian Control Zone (between the Southern Limit Line and the Civilian Passage Restriction Line), please strictly observe the exit time and keep this in mind when booking.
  • Since entry is into a Civilian Control Zone, carrying your passport is mandatory. Without a passport, tour participation is not possible.
  • All areas of Aegibong Peace Ecological Park are non-smoking zones.
  • The Ganghwa Seaside Resort luge experience operates from 09:00 to 18:00.
  • When riding the luge, please keep personal belongings in your pockets, bags, or the provided lockers.
  • Children under 120cm tall and under 9 years of age cannot ride alone but may ride with an accompanying adult.
  • Infants under 85cm tall and seniors aged 65 or older can only use the cable car; luge riding is restricted. Thank you for your understanding.
  • To receive outlet and duty-free benefits, please bring your passport. Without a passport, VAT refunds are not available.
  • Paju Branch (1 location): Discount coupons and VAT refunds are available at the information center behind Coach on the 2nd floor.
  • Lotte Premium Outlets Paju operates from 10:30 to 21:00.
  • DMZ tours operate from 09:20 to 14:40, at 20–30 minute intervals, except on Mondays.
