Payment Notes

• This tour is subject to a separate cancellation policy.
• If canceled up to 48 hours before the tour starts, the amount excluding the KTX cancellation fee will be refunded.
• No refund is available for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.
• KTX tickets are issued after your tour is confirmed, so please contact customer service in advance if you need to cancel.
• For cancellation requests, please contact info@noljakorea.com with your booking number.

Reservation Notes

• Reservations are available for 1 person or more, and a vehicle matching the group size will be assigned.
• KTX train schedules, boarding location, and time will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
• Your KTX boarding station and seat will be provided after your reservation is confirmed; you must board the designated train.
• Departure times can be adjusted freely, and the vehicle usage period is based on 10 hours from the start of the Seoul tour.

- An additional fee of KRW 20,000 per hour applies for exceeding this limit – paid directly to the driver in cash.

• Please accurately enter the full names and nationalities of all travelers when making a reservation.
• Access to some attractions may be restricted depending on operating policies.
• Please provide the date of birth when booking with children.
• Operating hours are calculated based on arrival at your desired drop-off location.
• We will notify you of the booking confirmation status immediately after reservation. If you do not receive notice, please contact customer service.
• KTX departures from Busan to Seoul start from 05:09.
• The last KTX departure from Seoul to Busan is at 22:49.
• Average travel time between Seoul and Busan by KTX is about 3 hours.
• After arriving at Seoul Station by KTX, please head to Exit 15 on the 1st floor; your driver will be waiting with a name sign at the taxi stand right outside.

• This product is a fully private tour with no other groups joining.
• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (or the specified date and time, if applicable).
• The tour involves a fair amount of walking, so please wear comfortable shoes.
• The vehicle type may change depending on the number of participants.
• The itinerary may change due to bad weather or unavoidable circumstances.
• If you are pregnant or have health concerns, please contact us before booking.
• The schedule may change if the KTX train is delayed or canceled.
• Luggage on the KTX must be stored on the overhead rack or in the designated space.
• Please arrive at the boarding station at least 20 minutes before train departure.
