We chose this route because we wanted to experience Busan’s coastline rather than spend the whole day visiting indoor attractions. Haeundae and Cheongsapo gave us completely different views of the sea, and the coastal scenery was the highlight of the day. Weather makes a big difference, so I recommend checking the forecast before choosing your date. If you’re visiting Busan for the first time and enjoy photography, beaches and ocean scenery, this is a strong option.
Haedong Yonggungsa Temple was one of the most beautiful places we visited in Busan. The combination of traditional architecture, mountains, rocks and ocean views was amazing. It was very different from the city attractions and gave us a peaceful moment during our busy sightseeing day.
One of the most memorable places we visited in Korea! The peaceful temple grounds, colorful lanterns, towering pagoda, and the smiling Buddha statue created such a calming atmosphere. It was the perfect place to slow down, admire the beautiful surroundings, and appreciate Korea’s rich culture and traditions.

What an amazing place to visit! The beautiful temple, stone bridge, and ocean views made this one of the most memorable parts of our Korea trip. This was a great option for us because we were staying in Seoul but really wanted to see Busan. Taking the KTX made the journey surprisingly easy, and once we arrived, the private vehicle allowed us to visit several major attractions without wasting time figuring out local transportation. We visited Haedong Yonggungsa, Cheongsapo, Haeundae, Gamcheon Culture Village and BIFF Street. The day is quite full, so I recommend starting early and wearing comfortable shoes. Perfect for travelers who have limited time in Korea but don’t want to miss Busan!
Haeundae was exactly the kind of coastal scenery we wanted to see in Busan. The wide beach backed by the city skyline gave us a completely different feeling from Seoul. We arrived early enough to enjoy the shoreline before the area became busier.
