Gwangjang Market was such a fun experience! There were so many Korean foods to see and try, and the market atmosphere was lively without feeling too touristy. It was especially helpful having the itinerary arranged for us because we could focus on enjoying the food and exploring instead of worrying about transportation.
We had such a wonderful first day in Seoul! Gyeongbokgung Palace was beautiful, and walking through Bukchon Hanok Village gave us a completely different perspective of the city. Our favorite part was ending the day at Gwangjang Market, where we could try different Korean street foods. Everything was easy and comfortable because we had our own private vehicle. A perfect introduction to Seoul!
This was the perfect tour for our first day in Seoul. We visited Gyeongbokgung Palace, walked through Bukchon Hanok Village, and finished at Gwangjang Market. I liked that the itinerary combined history, traditional architecture and Korean food instead of focusing on only one type of attraction. There is quite a bit of walking, so comfortable shoes are recommended. For first-time visitors who want to see several classic Seoul highlights in one private day, this is a great option.

Gwangjang Market was a great place to experience everyday Korean food. We tried several snacks instead of ordering one big meal, which made the visit more fun. The market felt local and casual compared with the major tourist areas.
