How many passengers can travel in one vehicle?
Up to 5 passengers when travelling with large suitcases. Our 9-seater van seats a driver plus 8 passengers, but the rear bench must be folded down to carry suitcases, which limits seating to 5. Groups of 6-8 with carry-on bags only can still travel in one vehicle.
How much luggage can I bring?
Luggage capacity depends on your passenger count and luggage size. Groups travelling with large suitcases should review the passenger and luggage guide above before booking.
When does the 12-hour service time start and end?
The service starts at the confirmed pickup time and includes the return journey to your agreed final drop-off location in Seoul. The final arrival in Seoul should be completed within the included 12-hour service time.
